After School & Summer Program Services

✦1. In the search bar enter ZMI Foundation, click on Select when business pops up. 

✦ 2. If you do not have a password/ or do not remember the password, select forgot password.

✦ 3. Enter your email, you will be sent an email with instructions to set up your new password.

✦ 4.Once you have set up your new password and are logged in click on visit history (Located under the Tae Kwon Do and Kick Boxing tabs)

NOTE: ACCOUNTS MUST BE IN THE STUDENT'S NAME ONLY. DO NOT CREATE ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS OR YOUR PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOCATED PROPERLY.
